MUD PUPPY

MP-170-2SC mud cleaning system

Specifications

A Mud Puppy works by filtering the drilling fluid and cuttings along the drill pipe, mud pit or mud pan and separates the rock, sand, clay and various unwanted fragments. After the initial filtration, smaller cuttings are further filtered through the tank and are pulled through the sand trap. From there, the cuttings are run through the desanding cones and processed on top of a finer screen located on the shaker bed. Finally, the mud is purified and now suitable to be sent back to the drilling rig.

With a max lift capacity of 12,570 lbs, and a hydraulic reach of almost 39 feet our fully remote control picker truck is capable of performing a wide range of tasks including setting pumps in wells, moving materials around site, and loading/unloading tooling as needed.

CORE TRAILER

Specifications

Our enclosed core trailer provides a work space for geologists to comfortably manage core samples as they are retrieved from the ground. It also stores many spare parts and extra tools required to keep the samples coming when things wear out. The trailer is setup with LED lighting and powered by either a solar panel or a generator.
