Full Metal Drilling Inc. is dedicated to a Health and Safety Program that protects its workers,the general public, all property, and the environment. 

Safety is a top priority to Full Metal Drilling Inc. and all of its personnel. In addition to protecting lives, this Health & Safety Program will provide all personnel representing Full Metal Drilling Inc. with the guidance and support required in maintaining a healthy and safe workplace. Following the Occupational Health and Safety Legislation and WCB responsibilities, Full Metal Drilling Inc. will comply with, if not exceed these requirements to ensure that the safety of the worksite is always of greatest importance, including the physical, psychological, and social well-being of management and employees.  

Full Metal Drilling Inc. is committed to enforcing all applicable legislation and to the consistent compliance with that legislation. Employees, contractors, subcontractors, and visitors who knowingly violate safety rules may face disciplinary action, dismissal, or legal action.

Managers and Supervisors are responsible for identifying safety needs, safety hazards, investigating hazardous conditions and accidents, provide training, supplying personal protective equipment, and making sure equipment is maintained and meets legislated standards. All Full Metal Drilling Inc. personnel is expected to support this process.

Employees and visitors on company worksites are responsible for knowing and obeying all safety rules, following safe work procedures, wearing all personal protective equipment as required, participating in safety training, and informing the supervisor of any unsafe work conditions.
